Automatic Tube Head Shoulder Injection Machine (cross version)
Automatic Tube Head & Shoulder Injection Machine,widely using for PE/ HDPE/HDPE plastic tubes, auminum Plastic Tubes,multilayer laminated tubes. It is improved over manual tube head & shoulder injection machine, easy operating, easy in maintenance.

1. No-head round tube automatic feeding, tube automatic loading and taking.Automatic detection and control.
2. Using Taiwan 4 station Spliter driving cross for turning over by motor.
3. Adopt JAPAN OMRON PLC control with touch screen operation system .
4 .JAPAN servo motor driving ball screw for loading and taking, two cylinder clamping injection.
5. Adopt TAIWAN Hydraulic System, hydraulic pressure model in directly injecting, easy in structure,convenient in mold adjustment, and the force of clamping can be easy adjusted,data can be read directly.
6. One standard mould bases,only need replace shoulder mould, split die，mandrel and tooling. Mould can be replace in few time compare with other similar equipment.
7. All mechanism and hydraulic power Transmission better than pneumatics.
8. Only need 1 water cooling chiller for mould and oil temperature.
